Testing Procedure :

  • Take the Copper strip and place it on the table.
  • Apply one drop of Z300 C 15 on half part of the copper strip.
  • Use the scrubber to clean the Z300 C 15 applied area.
  • Wipe the scrubbed surface with clean cloth.
  • Observe the colour change of the Z300 C 15 applied area, compare it with the ASTM Method given below.
  • Note : Since soft metal like copper is susceptible for immediate re-corrosion hence you will have to apply protective coating for longer protection. For other metal like MS, SS, etc. you do not require protective coating, Z300 C 15 suffices the required corrosion removal and transit control.
