Conversion of corrosion patch deoxidised patch through Z300TM action. Corrosion stops .

In absence of Z300TM application corrosion patch spreads.

Corrosion Systemic View:

WHAT IS CORROSION?

1. Metals are vulnerable to attack by moisture, gases (oxygen, sulfur dioxide), salts (chlorides) and acids.

2. Surface contaminants react with metal producing oxides - Rust.

3. This phenomenon is commonly known as Corrosion. It is electrochemical in nature and involves metal dissolution resulting in loss of metal.

4. In case of ferrous metal, Rust. forms due to oxidation of iron surface.

5. Corrosion or rusting produces defects like pitting, cracks, thinning, swelling

Z300TM CAN BE APPLIED

CORROSION CONTROL

1. Is a necessity. Common methods employed Metallic/Polymeric Conversions, Cementitious Coatings.

2. In conventional methods, pre-treatments are crucial and often defective resulting in blistering, early rusting & flash rusting.

3.
Repeated coatings result in high cost of maintenance.

4. DCS's New Approach-

  • To apply Z300TM only the rusted parts & arrest corrosion phenomenon
  • Coating/painting only of treated portion
  • Ensure no further corrosion occurs, thus, avoid repeated coatings

Z300TM ON APPLICATION

1. Penetrates corrosion layers

2. Anchors itself to the metal

3. Arrests the corrosion

4. Forms bond with the metal

5. Prevents any further Corrosion

6. Z300TM action, protecting coating can be applied for longer safeguarding of metal

Z300TM IS A…

1. Polymeric, non-ionic, complex compound.

2. Water Repellant.

3. Antistatic, high penetration ability

4. Adherence/Anchoring

5. Non-reactive to Paint.

6. Available in liquid form.

7. Can be easily sprayed or brushed.

8. Packaged in convenient packs of 5, 50 & 200 liters.

9. Dispensed through 50 ml dispenser.

10. Can be applied even in high humid conditions.

Z300TM IS NOT…

1. A conventional rust remover or short duration prevention agent.

2. A carcinogenic or toxic, high ash, liquid.

3. A liquid that contains free acid.

4. Reactive to paints, latex etc.

5. A protective film forming compound.

6. A paint, primer or equivalent.
