Artificial Lake at Amanora Park, Pune

Amanora Park is an upmarket residential complex in Pune, Maharashtra. A very large artificial lake of 2.5 acres was a part of this prestigious project. The area to be covered by the lake was black cotton soil and thus the cost estimate was enormous. This challenging feat was successfully completed with implementation of PICC technology at substantial cost saving. The lake is created on the black cotton soil without the need of steel reinforcements in the concrete base. High compressive strength and very low porosity of a monolithic coating of PICC technology made it possible.

PICC technology has been also used for water proofing of podiums & swimming pools in many impressive & reputable complexes in Pune and Mumbai.
